In our conversations, your story is at the heart. I offer a space where you can speak without judgment, where everything you carry is welcome, even the things that may have remained unspoken until now. I listen with full attention, ask questions, sometimes hold up a mirror, and guide you in finding your own way, in tune with your unique situation.

Spiritual care is not about quick answers, but about space: space to pause and explore what is truly alive within you. Life questions often arise in times of change or loss; grief, illness, a new job, graduation, or the birth of a child. But even in the everyday flow of life, it can sometimes feel as though something is missing or out of balance. In those moments, taking time together can help you find words and feel what really matters to you.

My guidance is not a form of treatment, but a way of walking alongside you with questions of meaning, identity, and the art of living. Together, we explore what inspires you, where your strength lies, and how you can create meaning in your life. Even in the midst of challenges, pain, or complexity. Everything is welcome here, both the light and the dark.

A session usually lasts around ninety minutes, but there is always space to continue longer if needed. Sometimes one conversation is enough; sometimes I walk with you for a while on your life’s path. You can choose a single session, a series of conversations, or a tailor-made journey that fits your situation. Online sessions are also available.
