I’m Iris Springvloet-Heijnsdijk. As a humanist spiritual counselor, I create a safe and gentle space where you can slow down, breathe, reflect, and grow. A place where your story matters, where questions without easy answers are embraced, and where we give attention to what truly moves you.

In conversations, coaching journeys, workshops, or retreats, I walk alongside people who are in the middle of life yet feel the need to pause. People looking for direction, meaning, balance, or simply a way to reconnect with themselves. Whether you are facing life’s big questions, stress or burnout, or just longing for meaningful reflection: you are warmly welcome.

I offer guidance to individuals, groups, and expats, in both Dutch and English. Sessions can take place online, in your home, or out in nature, always attuned to what feels right for you.
