Sometimes you may find yourself in a low point, where life feels heavy or the same questions and themes keep resurfacing. You might notice doubts about choices in work, studies, or your personal life, feel your energy draining, or struggle with motivation. Perhaps you feel low, sense that life feels dark, or want to take new steps but aren’t sure how to start.

For these situations, I offer life and burnout counseling. In both forms, I provide a space where you are welcome and seen. I listen with full attention, ask questions, and help you uncover what’s happening beneath the surface. We work from your specific question and your situation guides the process.

The difference from the spiritual care sessions I offer is that these conversations are more focused on the challenges you are facing. Your story still has space, but we continually return to your core question as needed. Together, we create a plan to make step-by-step choices that align better with who you are and what you need.

My guidance is tailored to you: sometimes one session is enough, sometimes it’s helpful to walk together over a period of time. We use a variety of methods, drawing from systemic therapy and positive psychology, always respecting your pace and your story. Sessions typically last around ninety minutes and can be held in person or online.

The goal is not to simply “get back on track” quickly, but to find a sustainable path: more calm, more space, and living as the person you truly are.
